Each sales representative manages 20 or fewer engineers. While the engineers are employed, our career design training helps them clarify their roadmaps for growth as engineers, and our dedicated career advisors regularly visit the job sites.

In our two-month long proprietary training that all new recruits receive after joining the company, we provide specialized technical training in 5 categories: Architecture, MEP, Civil Engineering, Architectural CAD, and MEP CAD. Our training is not one-size-fits-all, such as industry knowledge. We focus on specialized technical training in different areas, which can be applied on the very first day on site. After they start working on site, we provide them with our proprietary e-learning system with over 2000 programs and help them acquire certification by covering their test fees. Brushing up on their knowledge on an ongoing basis is the foundation of becoming human resources that can work actively at a variety of job sites.

We define in-house jobs such as creating drawings with CAD, preparing construction management documents, labor safety documents, and documents submitted to the government, and managing photos as ""technical support (CAD operations)"" for long-term career development not affected by life events such as pregnancy, childbirth, nursing, and nursing care. We focus on the shortage of air-conditioning and plumbing/electrical engineers in the entire construction industry. Beginners who want to specialize in MEP jobs (MEP/MEP CAD) receive 166 hours of training in the specialized technical training to acquire specialized technical knowledge in MEP. The curriculum requires the longest hours compared to other areas of specialization. Currently, 55% of the engineers at Wat Consulting are MEP engineers.
