We established a construction technical training center "Wat School of Engineering" for young beginners aspiring to be construction engineers. The training at the school lasts for 2 months with 326 hours in total. According to a survey by the Japan Marketing Research Organization, it is recognized as number one in terms of duration and total hours. Full-time instructors from major general contractors and subcontractors teach the curriculum every day.
