Wat Consulting actively recruits overseas human resources. We provide specialized Japanese language training to help them work in Japan. We send out human resources with a broad skill set.
We are in partnership with schools in Myanmar and Vietnam.
We will continue to make use of human resources that can work globally.

  • We have signed an agreement with Technological University Taunggyi, one of the top universities in Myanmar. We started technical assistance in cutting-edge 3D CAD "BIM" and technical training for students. Our local subsidiary provides training in the Japanese language and culture as well as technical training after recruitment. We have operations that serve as a bridge between Japanese companies that are experiencing a shortage of labor and young people who want to learn advanced technology in Japan.

  • We established a local subsidiary and built a human resource database specific to highly educated human resources via a network of universities and students. As in Myanmar, we have operations that serve as a bridge between Japanese companies that are experiencing a shortage of labor and Vietnamese engineers who want to come to Japan to learn technology.
