Global High-Potential Human Resources in Vietnam

From early on, Wat Consulting started actively using overseas human resources.
We have established a unique education system to develop excellent human resources in partnership with top universities in Vietnam.

  • We hold job fairs and upskilling courses in software for students in partnership with top universities in Vietnam. We build a huge human resource database specific to highly educated human resources by utilizing social media, one of the major job search methods of local students. Based on the human resource requirements of the customer obtained from thorough interviews, we make suggestions by using the human resource database. Our local subsidiary provides one-stop services including selection, job offers, and training in the Japanese language and technical training for prospective employees. The customer can also visit and witness our local interviews.

  • One of the challenges of Vietnamese engineers when working at Japanese companies is the "linguistic barrier" related to communication. We provide training in the Japanese language and culture at our schools before and after they come to Japan. We also provide curricula comparable to a vocational school locally, as in our school in Japan. Many of the human resources recruited have been studying Japanese before applying for the job.

  • Locally, we check the skills of Vietnamese engineers in basic technology required to deal with the Japanese advanced technology. We provide technical training at our local schools for those who passed the test. After they come to Japan, they receive the same curricula as the Japanese human resources at our school.

Signed an agreement with the School of Heat Engineering and Refrigeration, Hanoi University of Science and Technology

We have signed an agreement on courses in the Japanese language and advanced technology training with the School of Heat Engineering and Refrigeration, Hanoi University of Science and Technology, one of the best universities in Vietnam. Since then, we have focused our efforts on the development of excellent Vietnamese human resources that are industry-ready in Japan. During the 2-year period in school, we provide training in the Japanese language and basic courses in building equipment at the university's classrooms. We teach about 30 to 40 students a year. Up to 100 students have completed the courses.

  • Construction management

    We provide human resources that are ready to execute 5 types of management tasks: safety management, quality management, process management, cost management, and environmental management.

  • Technical support

    We provide human resources that are ready to execute a wide variety of tasks, such as design assistance and assistant work in the preparation of working drawings with CAD, as well as the preparation of safety-related documents and application documents to be submitted to the agencies.

  • Preparation of working drawings

    We provide human resources that are ready for the preparation of working drawings, including coordination drawings, structural drawings, and production drawings.
