We hold job fairs and upskilling courses in software for students in partnership with top universities in Vietnam. We build a huge human resource database specific to highly educated human resources by utilizing social media, one of the major job search methods of local students. Based on the human resource requirements of the customer obtained from thorough interviews, we make suggestions by using the human resource database. Our local subsidiary provides one-stop services including selection, job offers, and training in the Japanese language and technical training for prospective employees. The customer can also visit and witness our local interviews.

One of the challenges of Vietnamese engineers when working at Japanese companies is the "linguistic barrier" related to communication. We provide training in the Japanese language and culture at our schools before and after they come to Japan. We also provide curricula comparable to a vocational school locally, as in our school in Japan. Many of the human resources recruited have been studying Japanese before applying for the job.

Locally, we check the skills of Vietnamese engineers in basic technology required to deal with the Japanese advanced technology. We provide technical training at our local schools for those who passed the test. After they come to Japan, they receive the same curricula as the Japanese human resources at our school.
