Greeting

Greeting

Wat Consulting was established in 2003 by a group of members mainly consisting of engineers based on the concept of a "company of engineers, by engineers, and for engineers." We have operations including engineer staffing, staffing agency, education and training, and outsourcing services across the country. With a vision of "Company That Capitalizes on Individuality," we make efforts to capitalize on diverse attributes and individuality as a human resource service company. We try to create new jobs based on the 4 pillars: development of young human resources, women's empowerment, use of overseas human resources, and use of seniors.

In the young engineer development training system started in 2011, we make personnel contributions to the construction industry as a private vocational training function that allows for the migration of labor to the construction industry, where there is a notable shortage of human resources due to the declining labor force. We also contribute to the development of young employees of our client construction companies via our education and training service in the young engineer development training system. In our staffing agency service, we also serve as a career change agency for the construction industry, such as promoting employment transfers to construction companies as one of the career paths of young engineers we develop, in addition to matching of industry-ready engineers via our own media.

We have started actively working on human resource development and outsourcing services in BIM and drones in response to the digital transformation of the construction industry. We will continue to provide high value-added services to our customers in pursuit of the development and growth of engineers. Your continued support will be greatly appreciated.
