Development
We recruit high-potential human resources in terms of "Selected Recruitment" for assessing human resources and "Educational Recruitment" for raising the motivation for the industry and work. We develop engineers with high technical capabilities and interpersonal skills through our proprietary training programs taught by full-time instructors, including specialized technical training.

Dispatch
After the training, they are dispatched to job sites and gain on-site experience. The knowledge learned in the specialized technical training can be applied on the very first day on site. Furthermore, they always strive for certification by taking advantage of our proprietary e-learning system with over 2000 programs and our certification acquisition support program.

Referral and employment transfer
Because employment transfers are one of the career paths of our engineers, we can offer referrals and employment transfers of your dispatched engineers. We can offer referrals to young engineers with 3 years (and longer) of on-site experience for direct recruitment under an agreement.

After the recruitment, we develop engineers with high technical capabilities and interpersonal skills by providing 30 hours of training in business etiquette and communication skills in addition to the technical training. We have a generous backup system for employed engineers. Our retention rate of existing engineers is 80 to 86%, one of the industry's highest rates. We are committed to offering a sense of security about the completion of work and prompt and accurate follow-ups.
